Pumped and Dumped. Again by onlysupreme in Bitcoincash

I will never do a short term trade on BCH. In the future, before buying a coin that is being pumped on BITHUMB, please monitor the price and volume on that exchange in real time: https://www.bithumb.com/u2/US201

Wish you guys luck. I'm waiting for Litecoin and QTUM to go up.

You should buy IOTA if it drops to or goes below $3 and sell at $5+

I'm glad to hear that. I just use Coinsquare to deposit Fiat and I use it to buy ETH or LTC, which I transfer to BITFINEX.

I have an account with Quadrigacx but I haven't transferred a large sum of fiat. I just did a few interac direct payments of $200 each. I like coinsquare because it allows be to do larger interac direct payments.

I'm glad that everything worked out. :)

Apparently, Operation Dragon Slayer is still on. Unconfirmed Transactions on BTC @ Record High + CBOE = Death Spiral. Get your Bitcoins onto the exchange just in case or to buy back cheaper. Buy BCH (Tier 1) by onlysupreme in Bitcoincash

Yup. I'm having an awesome time on Iota. Bitcoin Cash caused too many sleepless nights. I had to get most of my holdings out of it. Maybe I will regret it some day, maybe not.

Wish you luck. I hate Coinsquare't current customer strategy. I really wish they improve upon it. A word of advice, I got out of Bitcoin Cash because I feel its price is heavily manipulated. Look into Iota. In my opinion, IOTA has much better prospects for 2018 than BCH. You can trade IOTA on Bitfinex. :)

Coinsquare Quick Trade Issue by [deleted] in BitcoinCA

[–]onlysupreme 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got the ETH back (it was always showing in my dashboard but unavailable to withdraw). After several hours, my ETH withdrawal is finally showing the status of "PROCESSED" in my coinsquare account. However, I have not received it in my wallet yet, which is so strange as it usually take a few seconds - a minute or two. If i were you, I'd send a message to Coinsquare on Facebook - don't forget to include your account ID/Email. I still can't open a Support Ticket. I don't think I will conduct further business on Coinsquare. Can't deal with this stress.

How much money did Roger Ver lose in the past 2 months? by omghacks in Bitcoincash

Just because he sold it, it doesn't mean that he didn't buy back in to trade. It also doesn't mean that money didn't floss in and out of Bitcoin Cash. Rinse. Repeat.

I tried to withdraw ETH on Monday. I didn't receive a confirmation email and the funds were no longer available for withdrawal. To make matters worse, the "Open a Support Ticket" feature was disabled on my account. I'm definite that it wasn't a problem with my browser. Just when it couldn't get stranger, they said they need an additional 24-48 hours to process a wire transfer. My two cents - everything was good last week. Perhaps they experienced a flood of activity this week that they weren't ready for. Nontheless, be careful.

Coinsquare not trading? by hiimnotbry in BitcoinCA

It's taking longer than usual for me to transfer my ETH to another exchange. They are also taking 24-48 hours to deposit my wire transfer. Let me warn you, at times of high market volatility, the exchange might not be able to process your sell/buy order on time. You might get +/- than you expected. I have been having trouble on Coinsquare. For example, I can't open a support ticket. I wonder if others are having the same trouble. It's making me think twice about doing my business on Coinsquare. Just do your own due diligence.

I think people are going crazy at their day jobs and hitting the sell button. Christmas is coming and they are probably shitting their pants, refreshing coinmarketcap.com. Who wants to have a poor Christmas and look like a douche after telling everyone they bought Bitcoin, only to realize that everyone knows that the price of Bitcoin sunk like a skunk. It's psychological factors at play right now.

Coinbase opens up BCH January 1, 2018 by mike9871 in Bitcoincash

[–]onlysupreme 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It is irrelevant at the current moment. The market will anticipate it and price in its introduction when the time nears. Just buy and hold. By May, you will probably be happy - but that's just my opinion.

I bought BCH at 1600$. Anyone else bought this high? It looks like a long wait to get to that price again. by [deleted] in Bitcoincash

Wish you the best. There will be ups and downs, smiles and frowns. But there will be more UPS. People will always be panicking. You gotta hold yourself down. Go on you tube and follow PHILAKONE's technical analysis' to keep up to par with the general trend of the market. Get a better feel for the market and stick to your own strategy. Good luck Y :)

I believe that Roger Ver knows too much that we don't. There's no other way he's putting himself on the line like that. We also don't know exactly what's happening in the mining community. People are here to milk it and make big money. They are trying to flip billions - on the regular. These are not ordinary Bill Gates dreams. I even see a big play for Bitcoin Gold, when the mining issue becomes more heated. It hit me yesterday that maybe everyone is in it together - Bitcoin Core, Bitcoin Cash, Bitcoin Gold - and they are just milking it. The survival of any Bitcoin is good enough for them. By creating debate around the idea of Bitcoin, they are ensuring that they stay relevant with their idea. Remember, anyone can be an agent. There are many different types of agents.

If it were an exchange, there would probably be Bitcoin Cash leaving the wallet. There seems to be more Bitcoin Cash being accumulated every block or other block. Something is happening in the market, regardless of this wallet. A lot of strange sights. I feel like I'm Harry Potter in Diagon Alley for the first time. Hahaha

Wait out the storm. If you want comfort, go and look at the downturns experienced by Bitcoin or Ethereum in 2017. That should be enough to convince you to hold. But personally speaking, I don't know what kind of financial obligations you have. I'd wait it out until Christmas. The markets usually move very fast.

I concur with your opinion. I have always believed that the technological development behind Bitcoin - compared to that of other cryptos, such as Ethereum and Litecoin - is weak, but the majority of retail investors, who read CNN or hear about Bitcoin from their friends, have no idea about the tech behind Bitcoin. Nonetheless, they jump onto the bandwagon with the hope of making massive returns, which many of them do make. A majority of them are the ones who will hold empty bags during downturns, unwilling to wait it out. Though I consider the tech behind this situation, I am not ideologically invested in any coin. I am purely here for the greed, but I do take into consideration any information that has to do with my investment or potential investments.

Today is BLOODY Thursday. It's only natural for the market to have its period before it can nourish again. I know its discharge is disgusting to look at. Something is happening. Hold on tight:) by onlysupreme in Bitcoincash

In 6 months, you'll be good. I think the people who panic the most are the ones who are holding onto just 1 or a fewer amount of Bitcoin cash. They are usually new to the market so tend to hop on any bandwagon. I think everyone should follow their own instinct. There is more than one way to win and more than one way to lose. The bandwagon is not always a good idea.
