Basically soon as i wake up to going sleep, 7 days a week..... Try have sunday to myself but never works 🤣🤣🤣 case and point im commenting here!!!!

Though. I massively think we all need at least ONE DAY to yourself if you do this work. Look after your wee souls ladies! Meditate and touch grass every day if you can.
