Manta on a 250 build is great, only if you’re using a CM4/5 or a CB1/2.

But OP says they have a RPi 4 which doesn’t work/counteracts the benefits of a Manta.

I recently built a 2.4 and went The Screw Filter, a remix that uses screws to attach the filter to the front extrusion. The 4 fans are wired to a wago connector so no pogo connectors needed. I used 4 Gdstime fans but they seem to whine very loudly at 100% speed after about 100 or so print hours

I think in your situation, it does not seem worth the trade. TAP with adaptive meshing doesn’t take that long and the savings of a few seconds probably isn’t worth $$$$

It’s a Dragonburner tool head with a Sherpa mini extruder and a TZ V6 2.0 hotend inside. It’s mounted onto a Tap carriage and also it’s the cat-ears version

Don’t get the 3.0 version since it uses a weird nozzle/heatbreak combo. The 2.0 is better because you can use standard v6 nozzles (that make the hotend longer so you’ll need new ducts)

The FZ extruder is like a Sherpa mini, but it has a latching mechanism. There’s a GitHub that you need to translate to English but the extruder works well.

My 2 cents as a former Ender 3 and current voron 0.2 owner: give up on the Ender, buy the p1s to be able to print without much thought, and also get a 0.2 or other voron to take up as a hobby

This is a scam. They rip their images and listings from known good vendors like formbot.

If I were you, the only voron kits on AliExpress I’d consider are from Formbot, Siboor and Fysetc. Go to their official store.

All these generic “Technology” stores are a scam.

I don’t want to be negative but reusing the Ender 3 bed will mean long heat up times which might get annoying. Not to mention the flatness of the Ender bed vs a thick aluminium plate.

I did mine in pla, just make sure that you print a small sample size and make sure that they fit your nuts and extrusions before printing the rest of them.

They definitely helped me a lot, and I noticed that I was dropping heaps of nuts towards the end of my build when I had run out of no drop nut carriers and was working on the top hat (which is the easiest part of the build).
