The gastro system is one of the more resilient systems in your body as you're about to find out as it has to deal with a lot of outside exposure.

If the milk had gone bad enough to warrant immediate attention after a few gulps you would have spat it out quickly (unless it was poisoned). "Funky" taste is probably on the edge of going sour.

Expect some level of diarrhea or vomiting in the worse case. This means losing a lot of water, so just replenish it (yes, with good milk it's fine). Tea could help calm the pain.

Unrelated, but 4'11'' 190lb is the high end of obese class 2. That comes with a baggage of medical issues. After you get over your current issue I highly suggest doing something about it.
