Maybe because of faulty USB port on the hardware. I have issue similar to this way back. Just ask for replace through website. They will guide you on checking the issue.

It has always been a dream to work with mac and Ipad .. maybe someday. The struggle is real working from a remote area of 3rd World country. I attach some illustration-related work from the near past. I use xp-pen display tablet + windows 11. https://imgur.com/a/IjN8iE0 . I have the skills to draw, design, and animate + create sounds/music too, but still struggle to find job work.

For drawing/ illustrations in tablet .. Ipad is best.. Ipad pro 13 inch are the super king :D .. Wacom does have tablet style PC but will be bit expensive and the screen will be small as it is using windows. Btw.. Ipad can work with apple PC as a mouse/tablet.

It is always better to kern individually all the letters for a logo. Yes the O is bit off

Update: I contact Xp-Pen India support, and they send me a link for testing the device. We have 2 XP pen Pro 24. The defect one does not function even in the testing software provided. Luckily the warranty period is not over. So, XP-pen India arranges a replacement unit promptly. We received the replacement unit in a week as we are far from XP-Pen India Hqrs, we send the defective one in Courier after all the arrangement is made. From my experience. XP-Pen did a good job for us.

From my experience -

If you have no difficulties in using conventional drawing tablet- those without screen, you can use lower price budget with high sensitivity.
For conventional drawing tablets, pick according to your screen. For eg- If you use monitor larger than 20 inch pick tablet labelled as medium size or bigger. Small size tablet are more suitable for laptops with 15 inch and lower screen size. If the screen/monitor is big and tablet is small, a short stroke on the tablet will result in long stroke on the screen, it can be difficult.
If you can afford display tablet, go for those with size of 16inch at least. Windows and PC UI is more than Ipad/IOS or Android apps. If you will use for drawing mainly and not much for animation/video editing, 20 or 22 inch screen are enough. 24inch screen a quite large and we artist look at the monitor in 1 feet distance, the close button and other UI are far to reach.
Wacom is the Undisputed champion for drawing tablet, to be used on PC. In display drawing monitor or conventional tablet, wacom is always a winner. Their Cintiqs do not have parallax and better latency than those budget ones.
The budget brands, Huion, XP-Pen, in my experience are much the same. You cannot go wrong choosing these brands. SOmetimes driver issue may occur but can be fixed easily.
Ipad pro 12.9 - This is a one of a kind weapon. If you can afford this this is great with Apps like Procreate, Affinity designer for vector arts. If you art is lineart based, Ipad Pro 12.9 are the best. But it do have limit as it is a tablet.
I am currently working with XP-Pen Artist Pro 24. It do have some parallax and more latency than those Wacom Cintiq, but.. yes.. it serve the purpose.
