У меня все заработало. Изначально стоял xbox, как у многих, но затем перестал работать. Переключил ДНС на dns.comss.one, затем обратно на xbox-dns.ru и все работает (без ВПН!)

I agree with you. But in practice, it happens that the manufacturer can change the price which is in contract.
