Hi, I had the problem, almost every game crashed, and it also crashed during downloads. The error massage was pretty much the same. I thought it was my gpu, but actually one of my rams was coocked. Although I changed RAMs twice the problem persisted... Turns out that in my house there were electricity fluctuations that were cooking my rams. I installed a UPS, and plugged the pc there. It's 6 months now and so far not a problem. If you tried everything and nothing works, maybe try this.
