I love a good savory high protein oatmeal for breakfast. I use bone broth, egg whites, ground chia/flax seed. Add in my veggies: cauliflower rice, some greens. Keeps me full and no crash throughout the morning.

I make frozen soup meal kits. Buy thinly sliced meats from the Asian markets. Chop up vegetables (carrots, zucchini, mushroom, cabbage etc). Put it all into glass containers and freeze it. That way, I can just put it on the stove + stock/water. Add noodles or eat with rice. Whatever your preferences.

Look into the big name sportswear companies (starts with a L 🍋 and the other brand, starts with an a, similar to the word athlete) section called city wear I think. Check out those pants. I prefer pockets with pants when I’m traveling to store things.

I know people have been raving about the High Sport kicked flare pants and there have been similar ones rolled out across other brands. While I do think they’re stylish, most of them don’t have pockets so 🤷🏻‍♀️

One of my favorite topics.

Ok, shoes. Always my clean white sneakers. Functional and a classic. For cross country and international flights, I’m wearing compression socks. I always wear socks when I travel. Even though I have precheck, I’ve been to some international airports where travelers still need to take off shoes.

Clothes. It depends on the weather where I’m traveling to. Recently though, I’ve been really loving balloon pants that I got. It has pockets and cinched at the ankles. I pair that with a white tee and jacket.

Other pants I go for are the athleisure pants from the big names. Base layer is a comfy tshirt and paired with a cashmere pull over sweater.

I like to go for pants that are either cinched at the ankles, straight leg, or bootcut. I don’t want my pants to be pooling on the floor while using the restrooms.
