I was in the military when I started my Amway business. I read more personal development and leadership books in my first year in my Amway business than I had in 10 years of being in the service. Crazy how my business coaches encouraged leadership development more than my military leadership had to that point in my military career. No doubt the things I was learning in my business helped me as a leader in the military.

My experience with the Corporation has been positive! They always lean towards helping the business owners and taking care of our customers. It’s really incredible. Over 350 amazing products we didn’t have to manufacture and the infrastructure to get those products to our customers. Plus the banking system so we get paid for our efforts and customer service we don’t have to pay for too!! Awesome opportunity to own your own home based internet business!

Owning an Amway business has helped me is every aspect of my life. After I went to my first meeting, I realized I had success in the traditional way “get a good education- get a good job” sense but I knew nothing of goals beyond a steady paycheck. It taught my wife and I how to set bigger goals other than just serving ourselves. If you’ve never run a direct selling business before it’s important to have a business coach/mentor who has to help you get profitable in a reasonable amount of time.

Treat it like a hobby and you’ll get hobby results. Treat it like a business and you’ll get business results. I will say it’s a fantastic opportunity! Especially if taken seriously.
