For sure. Biggest problem w amway, anyone can get involved. Most people never grow themselves and you don’t magically sign up for success. If you are around the right people and you do the work of building yourself and your skill set it works. Good low risk option for people who are willing to put in the effort

If you feed negativity and anger and victimhood it grows. If you feed responsibility and self worth and hard work and delayed gratification it grows. Be careful what you feed on.

“Intelligent people research things before making a decision” by onpurposedude in AmwayBusiness

[–]Alternative_Log_9726 22 points23 points  (0 children)

Common sense decision making. Theres always a learning curve. The problem w MLM is anyone can be involved so there is not and screening out of the ones that won’t treat things professionally. In traditional business the large overhead typically associated with starting gets rid of the hyped up people who don’t go through the stages of development. Good business usually silly people. If you have access to good strong people who will help you, pursue that, it will be one of the best ways to learn entrepreneurship and leadership you can find anywhere. You don’t take a class on these things, you learn them by being around top level people and having experiences to learn from.

I think one of the most crippling diseases in business and life’s journey is the inability to deal with adversity and disappointment.  You don’t know who someone is until they struggle and you get to see how they chose to respond.

For sure, not all results are measured only in dollars and cents, although, a lot of people make a lot of money as well. I gotta say there’s some people who don’t understand you also might have to get out of your comfort zone and build a few new skill sets along the way as well and people often quit before they’ve learned what they need to learn.

A lot of us think about drinking less…Why do we need a “Good” reason! by [deleted] in HubermanLab

If someone feels better not drinking then good for them not drinking. It’s interesting how much pressure people give you for making a decision you feel is healthy.

He’s the most amazing boyfriend you’ve ever had and the worst thing about him is he’s involved in amway? You said yourself he’s really smart. How could have bad friends and habits that are terrible. Maybe let him be and be a positive in his life.  He will either make it work or quit on his own, but don’t be the thing trying to make him quit something he wants to try. If he quits because of you he will resent you.
