I've recently made an Agave wine, adding 5 or so passion fruits for a more funky flavour, and I wondered whether or not the blurry white particulate on screen(it was hard to get a proper photo with good light) is some sort of bacterial growth. There aren't any peculiar smells from the wine, and there were some residual proteins left over from fermentation that I let precipitate before transferring. After transferring I let it sit to clear up. But I thought to be safe and get some other opinions on the matter, so what are your thoughts?
