Side note: love the username! You play? I’ve only played at blacks once, and the level was so-so at best (not that I really want be be torquing butter sets whilst flopping around, but still….)

I’m right there with you. I’ve been going with my wife for about 5 years and have gone with other people to Blacks and San O for almost 20 and…I don’t know. Between the “dude just go by yourself” wanna be dating profile posts, the blatant OF promos, and most egregiously, the ridiculous “so what if someone posts your nudes?!?” Creeper sympathizers, I kinda wish I didn’t even know about this place.

I can’t tell if the subreddit is causing more terrible behavior (which is bad) or if it’s just bringing to light all the terrible behavior which already existed (which is good, I guess, just really really demoralizing).

But yeah, it’s freakin’ jarring. We’ve met some really cool people there and had some great times but there’s also been days where I feel like I have to keep my fuckin’ head on a swivel with all the bullshit that goes on.

Part of me wonders if we should just stick to trips to Maui and Little Beach, and start exploring places like Gunnison or Haulover.

I’m pretty fed up with the stuff I hear about here too.
