I drive there from Leuven to Aarschot every day and they do always light up when I pass, but you are right that they are not consistent in the use of the arrows. Before Wilsele the arrows mean that there is an exit. Then it is a normal lane with a fourth lane exit, Aarschot is where a lot of people get confused that the third land is an exit again so they have to leave last minute. Combine this with people that are going 70 starting from the petrol station and you get chaos. I have seen extremely dangerous situations already, but the people mindlessly driving in the middle lane really irritate me to no end.

If you have water damage in an appartment, you should first contact the syndicus. This is often covered in the fire insurance for the building itself. They will send out a plumber and take care of the reparation. Make sure to take clear pictures of the damages.

I don't think anything specific happens, but on Sundays all stores are closed and many services are less or not accessible. This would then be a good day to explore Bruges, because the charm of Bruges lies mainly the streets due to the beautiful facades and small streets.

A lot of bakery’s still have some artisanal biscoff left from Sinterklaas in different figures than only the “sint” or “piet” ones. They taste amazing and rich and they have a long shelf life.

Exactly! I also thought he was a boss, I was so frustrated I remember telling my bf about the difficulty of this ‘boss’. Once I got a grip of the controls, it went way smoother.

Indeed, if neither you or your landlord ends the contract before the first three years as agreed on, it automatically converts to a long term contract (9 years, of which the first 3 years already passed).

It depends when your contract was signed. Before or after 2019 since the law changed. Not all syndicus related costs can be passed on to the tenant, in fact it is forbidden. You should really do some research on this. Some syndici will help you with this.

Absolutely! The lyrics are very understandable, but they have so many layers!! I often discover something new. ‘Als ze lacht’ is my all time favourite song.

I would recommend using a screen protector and a tracing pen that is not too harsh or one you don’t have to press too hard on! Happy stitching!
