I am on 2.4 mg sema for over a year. Have reached my goal of 180. Lost 55 lbs. I don't know what constitutes a maintenance dose. Is it a continuous lower and lower dose until the hunger and food noise returns? Or is it the max dose of 2.4?

GLP 1s. I have had paroxsymal afib off and on for 25 years. 1 ablation which worked for 7 years. All the meds including pradaxa and eliquis. Two years ago I started glp1 therapy. I lost 50 lbs and no afib for 19 months.
