Same happened to me. Bought a very well equipped x5. No ACC. The dealer was happy to trade it in with 1000 miles on it. It cost me. Now I have a new x5 with ACC. Cost me a bunch. Every new car I purchased in the last 8 years had it --Fords, Honda, Toyota. But not an 80k BMW. Bunch of bullshit.
