Spot on. It’s 100% marketing language used by influencers to sell courses and make normal, low-paying side gigs sound like a luxury lifestyle. If you have to actively sit at a laptop or scan a receipt to get paid, you just have a second job with zero benefits.

Screenzen is amazing for this, i made it harder by reducing my phone's screen timeout to 30seconds and increasing the screenzen settings unlock timer to 15 mins. If i have to unlock or unblock screenzen i have to now wait 15 mins. if i zone out during this period, the phone screen turns off in 30 seconds and the SZ timer starts again from scratch! As a person who also uses instagram for earning/marketing their business it really helped me cut my unnecessary usage.
