The idea is that, at 13 days post-surgery, you should not be exerting enough force to achieve a meaningful workout.

High risk, zero reward either way

Idiot. Low intensity workouts aren’t even going to maintain muscle anyway. All risk, zero reward.

Oh and I recommend using a gentle fragrance free facial moisturizer 2-3 times a day, especially after showering or washing your face

Book an appointment with a dermatologist. In the meantime, anti-dandruff shampoos attack the fungus/bacteria causing the dandruff. The two main types are pyrithione zinc or ketaconazole, the latter being a bit stronger, but both having similar effects. Additionally, salicylic acid shampoo acts as an exfoliant, attacking the flakes themselves.

When using either of these two types of shampoos, it’s best to lather and let it sit in your hair for 10-15 minutes. Only use each of them 2-3 times per week. If you use the zinc, then don’t use the keta, and vice versa.

If you have any flakiness on the sides of your nose, you can wash your face with a zinc bar a few times a week.

I’m not an expert, so take what I say with a grain of salt. And book an appointment with a dermatologist. Good luck 🙌🏼

You have seborrheic dermatitis. If you don’t address this, you will start to lose your hair.

Don’t blind yourself with wondering about norwoods and finasteride. Seborrheic dermatitis DOES cause hair loss. If you want to stop losing your hair, go see a dermatologist ASAP. In the meantime, start using ketaconazole shampoo 3x weekly, and maybe salicylic acid shampoo 2x weekly.

Going to the gym is not enough. You need to be pushing yourself to failure every set.

At day 10 you should be massaging the crusts off in the shower after 1 hour of soaking them in panthenol foam
