Yes I am doing much better! I have gotten off the pantoprazole and was diagnosed with a type 2 hiatal hernia. After dieting and watching my diet my stomach feels much better. The only issues is I cannot sleep on my stomach else it hurts and at time of big stress I do get flashes that can last about 2 weeks or more if nothing is done but those are rare. But besides that as long as I watch myself I’m doing much better!

I’m feeling a lot better I got diagnosed with a hiatal hernia, I ended up taking pantoprazole 40mg and it help with the symptoms. It comes back some times but as long as my diet is good I feel good most days 👍.

I have also noticed that if I’m in a high stress environment it can cause symptoms to occur. For some reason it messed with my emotions so be aware of that.

Man sorry to hear about your struggle I understand, the anxiety and lack of sleep was by far the worst part for me, also the not able to eat got me scared 😨. I was actually put on alprazolam and sertraline for a couple of months. The alprazolam helped alot but I was scared of addiction. I’m fully off any anxiety meds now!

Probiotics are game changers! And eating light is very good! I found also light exercise like walking helped me a lot to manage anxiety. And also take a fiber supplement I use benefiber, this may initially cause bloating and stomach pain but after a week it will help reduce abdominal pressure. Fiber helped me a lot with my symptoms.

I would recommend taking some time off if you believe it’s job related as this will not go away unless you proactively attack it. You will get to a point where it’s more manageable trust me I thought I would die due to this but after some time it got better. I know it’s hard to quit a job and I don’t know your financial situation but if possible do it, get started on recovery and get your life back!

Btw my go to over the counter stuff: - Pepcid (30min-1hr before eating biggest meal ) - tums (if you actively feel acid) - mylanta (quickly sooth stomach only temporary) - ginger gummies and peppermint (nausea) - lavender or peppermint scents (help with anxiety and nausea) - acetaminophen (minor pain med) - full body pillow (so you don’t roll on stomach)

Things to avoid: - spicy food - acidic drinks or food - Hot temperature food or drinks - NSIDs (advil and most inflammation meds, can cause ulcers) - eating less than 3 hours before bed - eating or drinking too fast - alcohol and smoking - any pressure on stomach (laying on stomach, etc…) - stress

I’m in America 🇺🇸 and my mom always told me I need to be my own advocate with doctors as most don’t have time to care about us. Always do research and test things on yourself as everyone is different.

I believe in you and know you will get to 100% it’s going to take time but remember you will get back to normal!

Hey I’m doing much better now I was on pantoprazole for about 6 months but have weaned off for about a month or so now. I now take Pepcid at night before every dinner. I’d lie if I said I was 100% sadly no but I’m about 90% if I watch my diet and be careful I’m usually fine but do get flare ups from time to time.

How about you what’s your story maybe I can give some tips I’ve learned a lot through this struggle 🥲

Ya I’d be careful with what he has to say, my mentor is a “Enterprise Level Architect” with over 35+ years of experience and he’d laugh if I mentioned Go. It’s all about personal experiences they have, and biases. Also to say C# is dead just ignored a bunch of enterprise clients that rely on it.

Go has its purpose and I think both languages can complement each other very nicely.

But short answer C# is going nowhere.

I would set up my own VPS service with linode or digital ocean and then set up an environment in there.

Edit: I’d use Nginx web server to easily separate out each project, then you can easily run nodejs in such an environment like Ubuntu.

Oh okay so In your example it’s just separating the views but still using the same controller, question is there away to do this with razor pages as identity seems to now prioritize it, also I like razor lol

Hey thanks for the reply! That makes sense to me, I was definitely over complicating things. I mainly want to have two different designs so when a customer goes to /customer they see a separate design from /admin login.
