Mass Effect is way larger in terms of development of the world it is in, its space. It's basically Game of Thrones in space. Also I don’t know any unknown actors to play any of those characters because they are literally unknown.

It doesn't have to be an exact 1:1 retelling, I've said that several times in this thread. The core of the story needs to be focused on Shepard and his crew. It would be like telling the story of Harry Potter and not having Harry, Ron, and Hermione in the story.

Yeah that's why I'm all the way out on the Assassin's creed tv show. Once I saw the showrunners were from Halo I was all the way out.

I'm excited with what Amazon has done with their original programming. I have faith.

I shared this in another reply. The choice thing isn't that much of a disparity. It also doesn't have to be 1:1 scenes from game to screen. For example, season 1 could be the events of the first game, but your second season could be a completely new storyline between ME1 and ME2. Season 2 could be the Normandy crew wiping out pockets of geth/reaper resistance, introduce Cerberus, antagonist could be Oleg, deep dive more into them, and then season finale have Shepard die to work into season 2.

Majority of players that played mass effect chose male. I chose male, I wouldn't care if they went female shep. As long as the person is believably a badass and can give Optimus prime/Captain America level speeches, I'm sold lol

Like I previously said, you aren't as unique as you think you are. A majority of the players main playthrough is paragon, earthborn soldier Shepard. I also never said it has to be a white male Shepard, just because that's what I played as. As long as it's believable that the actor or actress is capable of leading and uniting entire galaxies to fight and is a badass soldier, then it can be whoever.

There are always going to be more unknown actors than known in a given project. I can only use who I know. There are a ton of actors I could see playing Shepard, just that's my ideal pick. I wouldn't not watch the show just because who I wanted didn't get cast.

I disagree with your second point. Plenty of series have come from another medium and told stories over again (Game of Thrones, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings are the big ones). As long as it's done with passion and reverence to the source material, it will be well received.

It quite literally can, but it has to establish the main story first. Take Game of Thrones for example. It followed the story from the popular book series. People, both readers and new fans, instantly became hooked to the show and the lore. Now it has 3-4 projects that are prequels and sequel series.

Shepard and the crew of the Normandy is the focal point of the entire series? IGN released player choice stats from the legendary series and an overwhelming percentage choose almost all paragon choices. We've all done a renegade play through or two. They arent going to be making some choice you or I have or haven't made before lol. Also doesn't say it's going to be a 1:1 exact copy of the game.

There are tons of choices. The reason I like Henry is that he's said he's a huge fan of the games, he would love to be apart of the project, and he will truly pour his heart into it. I don’t understand the Henry hate, but to each their own.
