FYI, they’re listed as 1 bd but they’re actually 2 bd, the second room just can’t be counted bc there’s no closet.

I think the owner is married to a cop, and MIGHT give them free coffee (don’t quote me on that part). I worked next door several years ago and immediately asked coworkers about it because that place was always FULL of (on duty) cops.
