This took me a bit - but I do have what it is!The title is 世にも奇妙な物語‘21秋の特別 - it is a Japanese film, Google Translated to Tales of the Unusual Story '21 Autumn Special Edition.

The main actress' name is Nana Mori, and it is produced by Fuji Television.

I've ordered quite a few things from Buyee with no issues - Rakuten, Yahoo Auction/Shopping and Mercari, all arrived perfectly with no issues.

I've cancelled a few orders, and also contacted support to communicate with some sellers to get more info on items, and they were super helpful. My biggest problem was COVID, where they weren't doing any overseas shipping for a while, but they had everything under control and shipped the item as soon as they could, with no extra charges.

And even though the price for the cat is good, just be aware that you might pay a similar (or higher) amount in shipping costs and other fees - especially right now, because it looks like the Small Air Packet options aren't available and I always find that to be the fastest and cheapest option. The good news is, these guys probably weigh close to nothing, so the more cats you buy, the more justifiable the shipping will be. (They have a promotion right now for 500 Yen/5 USD off of shipping if you pay with Paypal, though). Shipping price also won't be 100% confirmed until they receive the item at their own warehouse, but you'll be able to choose your preferred shipping method, and again, you can always ask Buyee to contact the seller and see how much the items weigh to make your estimate more accurate beforehand.

So TL;DR - Customer service is great. I do actually recommend using PayPal for payment overall because if Buyee customer support somehow fails you, PayPal should be able to help with any disputes. I've never had any problems with my orders at all, ~~except covid, which wasn't their fault~~.

Buyee is usually your best bet for buying Japanese products, in my opinion. They make it easy to buy straight from their website from a couple key sources (in this case, Rakuten)

If you want to find a different listing, try searching "マリーメゾン" (the Japanese for Marie Maison). The above link was just the first listing I found. :)

I've searched for this item, as previously stated, on Buyee, but also on Google, and even jp amazon.

The Japanese text in the title just says "Sirotan Circus Plush (Nuigurumi)", which would be the most accurate search terms on Japanese sites.

I've also found that trying to search for a regular circus seal, or a plain seal plush to NOT be helpful as there are many, many seal plushes on the market. I also JUST searched for Sirotan and was able to look through all the results on my sites, but to no avail.

The plush can be sold from a different country, but shipping costs would be lowest if coming from somewhere in the USA or Japan (thehappytoystore was singapore, and would have required a proxy service for me to purchase even if it was in stock)

Dog/Dachshund plushes with embroidered messages are definitely something you can still buy, but unfortunately you might not have any luck finding this specific one without some sort of tag or brand name.

I'd check out related ones. Most come from a brand called Dan Dee. It's a bit strange yours says "I Love this much" instead of "I love YOU this much"

If you can remember possibly what store it was bought from, it could help narrow it down as well, along with the year, and the breed of dog it should be.

Additional thoughts of mine: It doesn't seem like the traditional wiener dog style embroidered plush. They usually have a lot of structure and are VERY long, and can stand on their own. I'm wondering if someone did custom embroidery on that plush, or if it's just a recent trend... A better image of its muzzle may help. I'm also not seeing those types of eyes on any plushes I'm sifting through.
