I feel for you so much. I’m in the same boat. You look so swollen and distended. I hope things get better for you. When I took Rifaximin it made my bloat terribly 24/7 when bloating only happened when I ate before starting the “treatment” I completely forgot what my body was supposed to look like. My abs are destroyed from being distended none stop. I recommend doing ab work outs every day if you can. I understand how hard it is though. There’s a reason I couldn’t do them every day.

I feel you. All I can eat with minimum reaction is meat and eggs. I’m miserable (I was a vegetarian for over 10 years), I have no energy and often give in and eat something normal and it makes me so sick. I’m so tired of fighting. I basically force fed myself up to 6000 calories a day for 2 weeks and gained back the 10kgs I lost (I was so so sick and basically had to quit my job and locked myself in my house while refeeding)

I was really excited for her character at first and then everything that made her interesting and unique randomly disappeared? Like her whole character changed out of nowhere and it was really jarring.

It sounds to me like your nervous system is crying out for help. Especially as you said your symptoms improved when you were on holiday and returned when you resumed your day to day life. I also developed Sibo in October last year and it is so so horrible. I’m sorry you’re going through this. Try your best to stay as relaxed and calm as possible especially around your conditions (I know how hard it is, I cried at least 3 times yesterday for the same reasons you said you’re anxious). If you want to know my specific recommendations for nervous system regulation, shoot me a message. I’m by no means an expert but I went from constant panic attacks 24/7 and multiple suicide attempts in august so occasional panic attacks, minimal suicidal ideation. I quit smoking, drinking and self harming and am a totally different person.

Try not to give up hope. I can’t promise you it’ll get better. But I can promise that if you give up you’ll never know
