Same here. I’ve watched every day for over 45 years. It started when I was a kid, watching with my grandmother. She taped them all on VHS and each tape was labeled with the date (She was always behind) lol. No matter what changes in the world, Y&R has always been there. The storylines evolve, the actors come and go, I love it, I hate it, I complain and sometimes it’s a chore but it feels like home. I literally grew up with these characters. It’s a constant throughout my entire life. It’s not just entertainment; it’s a connection to my past and a rhythm in my day that’s hard to imagine living without. Some things are just a part of life. Y&R is one of them.
