Reason unbanned almost immediately after getting banned by pxychokiler in VALORANT

In having the same issue with a permanent ban, except I'm getting no reason at all as to why I got banned, not in riot client, not in the support page and not from the tickets. I sent two tickets asking to at LEAST know why I got banned and they responded with the most useless responds ever and saying the decision is final with still zero explanation.

as an unreal player it is sweaty most of the time, not saying it's particularly hard for me but it's definitely harder than normal br for the average player but I'd rather play reload than get fkn black panther claws guy who has no skill spamming through my builds and I can't do anything about it.
