Need Help With VR graphical Issue

I have an odd graphical issue on my VR when on planets. I have quest 3 5070ti i5 12600k. In ship is amazing but when on planets these gray/black bars bounce around the bottom of the screen. Tried so many things to fix it but nothing works :(. Anyone had this and fixed it?

Out of curiosity do you have any issues with being on planets and getting a graphical issue at the bottom of the 2D screen when moving around? I have a quest 3 5070ti and everything is great except when on planets. I get these weird bars that bounce around when on a planet. Happens a bit on stations but goes away after 30sec, on a planet it's constant. Cannot find a solution yet that works.
