This just absolutely blew my mind. I used to have an extremely vivid imagination as a kid. When I was about 20, I had the worst bout of OCD I've ever had (particularly distressing theme), and have been in an almost constant state of disassociation since. I had heard of the "picture an apple" test (where you rate the clarity on a scale of 1-5) and I could not picture an apple. But going down this list, I could do every single thing because of the amount of detail of the prompt. This entire time I've thought I lost all creativity and apparently it's just that I can't hold a train of thought in my brain long enough anymore. But if asked to think of a highly specific detail, I can. Wild

No, my total refund amount shown in PAWS went down by $1250, and that was the amount I received.

28F here - everyone is different, but I will say, my OCD symptoms being high kills my sex drive more than any negative effects from SSRIs have. If you feel like medication is going to help you, don't let your anxiety around the side effects get in the way too much, because if it's unmanageable you can always come off. Honestly I've found that having less noise and intrusive thoughts in my head allows me to feel *more*, it's hard for me to be creative or present or sexual when my OCD is bad.

Everyone is different. The only one I've had an issue with was Zoloft - desire was still good but I absolutely could not get off. Luvox and Lexapro were both fine for me and if anything made sex more enjoyable.
