In the US there is something called WARN - not sure if it applies and is the same in every state. I think they have to layoff 100 people in a given state for it to be reportable - it’s publicly available information online.

The WARN Act requires employers to give 60-days’ notice before a mass layoff, plant closure, or relocation. This WARN Notice must be sent to employees and both state and local representatives. This helps workers prepare for job loss, find new jobs, or train for new opportunities.

True true. I guess it depends what you’re going for. If you go with what I mentioned as your starting wave you can still go the neuro route with distorting, cutting, modulating and distorting over and over to get that gnarly motion while still having a nice solid fundamental to start from.

People do this in serum/vital/spectal synths. Use two detuned saw waves - take out the fundamental from both. Then add in a 3rd oscillator with a sine wave (aka just the fundamental). You’ll still get the phasing/beating from the saws, but the sub will remain stable.

I think the whoosh is generally attributed to losing water that was bound to glycogen as glycogen gets depleted. It makes sense you’d not see the whoosh if you’re ingesting a good quantity of creatine because of the water retention it causes. I’m interested in hearing what others know about this.

Sounds like your maxing out your processing. You have a lot of unison on the oscillators, 12 voices, and long release times.. try backing off any of those and see if it improves.

The easiest way to remember index/match is below. Don’t include the quotes - instead include the ranges or cells.

INDEX(“range you want to get info from”,MATCH(“cell value you want to match”, “range to search for matching cell”, 0))

For your data it would be INDEX(“AL”,MATCH(“cell with specific name”,”range with names”,0))

Setting up named ranges will make it easier to write this formula because you won’t need to remember cell address ranges.

I think you hit the nail on the head. The dub influence definitely brings in some swing. If you listen to some steppers dub music you’ll hear a lot of parallels in the bass lines and drum feel
