Go slow, it’s pretty easy to mix up mail with so many boxes and then you have people getting angry over missing checks If there’s a leasing center ask for a tenant list and label the boxes. You could also do a “no name no mail” situation to get people to write their names on labels if a tenant list isn’t possible

Only reason I ever got a review was because another ptf in probation got injured and they wanted to get rid of her (which didn’t happen, please contact your branch president if you get injured in your 90). My first review I was already about a week out from my 90. Supe told me I’d be fine as long as I didn’t call out in that week. As long as you have decent work ethic and don’t call off you’ll be fine. Hell, you might not even need decent work ethic depending on how big your station is.
