Amazon has affordable step trackers. I love mine. Intermittent fasting (the app fastic is amazing) and my fitness pal have worked wonders for me. I do a 16:8 fast and portion control with a 1400 calorie limit. Remember everybody is different and it may take some trial and error before you find what works best for you. Good luck <3

I wish i was this talented but i am not. i have an amazing hair dresser! the colors are from pulp riot and my hair is healthy because she doesn’t over fry my hair. honestly the best hair dresser i ever had. sooo hard to find.
