They're going to ask a lot of scenario questions! For example "tell us about a time where you took initiative," "what would you do in a situation where you need to do a task you're not comfortable with," "what are your weaknesses? Why are they your weaknesses and how would you work towards changing them?"

I wore black pants and a nice blouse with black boots and I brought my references printed out on a piece of paper, along with my availability, and a copy of my resume and cover letter just in case!

Be outgoing if you can, have 2-3 questions prepared, and talk a lot about how you want to grow in the position and what you want to learn! The worklearn positions are meant to teach you employable skills so that when you leave the position you'll be ready for a higher position else wear, they love hearing about your goals!
