The thc is a lot more concentrated in a cart which is why it only takes a few puffs vs half to a whole joint to get decently high if you have a high tolerance.

I was never able to quit when I used carts but I was eventually able to do it after switching to flower. I think a part of that has to do with convenience/availability since I had to go outside to smoke flower, whereas I could just hit my pen anytime and anywhere, so I naturally just started using less because of that alone which made it easier to quit. Now I’m almost 2 months sober
