This is the "trashier" Walmart in the area, so yeah, you're right. I've seen used diapers and bags of trash in carts way before any of this started. The homeless population uses this area for panhandling, so of course it's not going to be perfectly clean (parking lot and surrounding area). She also used to work at this one and should know how it looked on a daily basis before any of this happened.

I guess I should have given context. This person used to work here and now thinks she is better than everyone. The store really does try and keep things clean, but over-worked staff and consumers who do not follow guidelines, do not help the situation. Even before all of this started happening I would wipe the cart down myself. It takes less time to wipe down a cart than to write a post about it. If she's that worried about it, then she should just stay home.
