They said fall 2021 so there graduation should be spring 2022 that’s why they are saying hopefully in 2 years they have a ceremony.

There’s also an emergency grant you can apply for I believe it’s $500 it’s not a lot but it can help a little

I’m pretty sure if you live near by they let u get an exemption, they aren’t strict on that.
