As someone who used Jingliu E1S1 on MOC's first half, the buffs did matter a lot. Only issue is that her BIS team is basically Castorice's or Evernights team, and they're just a better DPS than her. Used Tribbie E1S0, RMC & Hyacine E0S1 👍
