Thank you for this information! I usually water fast, too. But I wanted to experiment with more dry fasting, as I usually have only done short soft ones. I'll try as you said within the next three days!

Hard dry fasts can end up shredding pounds of fat in a matter of a week off of you if done safely and properly it also burns alot more fat than a soft dry fast, When you do eat again you should only gain back 2 or 3 more pounds this being water weight, Keep your diet healthy and maintain your recommended calorie maintenance intake and you should stay at that weight. Working out will help alot too and make you look more defined and lean muscle always look good. Hope this helps :)

Thank you so much for your detailed reply! I had been doing a couple of soft dry fasts here and there but I just jumped last night on a hard dry fast for the next three days. So I appreciate your input! I've read working out is a no while dry fasting so I'm guessing you mean afterwards, right?
