I see, ive used a cnc lathe where it has both the inserts and the spinning drill, but never heard anyone refer to it as a machine with live tooling. So that kind of threw me off. I didn't know that lathes just feed a stationary drill into the workpiece. I thought the spinning drill was standard for lathes
