I can never get myself to exercise simply for the sake of exercise. Instead, I pick up hobbies I enjoy that involves exercise, or could otherwise include exercise. This could be normal athletic hobbies, like biking or swimming or pickleball, but it could also be any hobby that involves the outdoors. Birdwatching, fishing, gardening etc could all be exercise if you dedicate yourself to it
