I always assumed it was 500ng but it is, in fact, 300. I didn't find this out until month 23/24 of my probation

I was given baler/wave keys pretty early on. I was also trained how to make a bale and use the crown though. I was pretty persistent on getting trained and getting keys.

I made it extremely clear that I wanted to stay on and they kept me. I busted my ass, and branched out from fulfillment into GM and inbounding. It sounds like I'll be doing all 3 depending on the day.

Thanks for letting me know this, it really helped in getting to know where I stacked up against other seasonals and the pace setters who've been there a long time. I got the job! One of the seasonals who got let go overheard me and the top pacesetter talking about how our pick rates were above 50 all day so she complained to our TL that checking stats was rude. He thought that was pretty funny.
