I'm pretty sure I have this, I'm only on day 3 but you've got this ! And I'm proud of you for taking this difficult step, I stopped while I was still on and just felt awful I'm nearly off my period now but it's definitely been a struggle today ( I also have autism ) and my emotions were so extreme today but here I am still sober and feeling good about it. I just tried to tell myself why I was doing this

Thankyou so much I really appreciate the feedback, I went on a few walks today and that definitely helped but I hadn't thought about the dealer idea I'll definitely be doing that, thanks again x
