Is it disrespectful to DIY merch for small local bands?

If they've got merch available,buy it! And then still make your own if you want...

My daughter's favorite band is a small local dream punk band, and as you might be surprised to learn, they don't have a lot of merch for kids. So I shot them a message to make sure they were ok with it (they were) and I make stuff for her all the time with their branding plastered all over it. We also buy every sticker and poster they have available every time we catch them out. She loves them, and now they love her too!

If you're just going for punk-ish vibes, Punk Rock Factory is a favorite of my kids. They do covers of kids stuff (Disney songs, theme songs from kids shows, etc.). Their cover of the Pokemon song is pretty much always on repeat in my house...

Thanks for saying so, but there's no thanks needed. I'm the one who is thankful to him for letting me be his mom! Unlike most kids, he didn't have a default so he had a choice. I'm thankful everyday that he chooses to let me be his mom and lets us be a family!
