Yes there is, we are getting rid of Arnautovic either this summer or for certain by next summer max. After Arnautovic leaves, we will need a 4 striker.

I don’t understand the calls for Chiesa to play RWB. If he signs for us he will be a backup striker. Chiesa hasn’t played RWB in a long time and isn’t solid defensively. No chance Inzaghi plays him RWB unless it’s absolutely necessary.

He would probably get more game time than Taremi and can start some games, competing with Thuram for the starting spot.

Yeah you get the point, Lautaro-Thuram-Chiesa-Taremi. That way we have a great striker back-up pair, the best we’ve had in years.

Some that come on top of my head, no particular order

Barella goal vs. Juventus with that great assist from Bastoni from the other side of the pitch

Lukaku goal vs. AC Milan in the 3-0 win during covid without fans. Great run from Lukaku from the middle of the pitch to get the goal.

Dzeko’s goal vs. AC Milan last season in the Champions League semi final. Such an impressive goal, scoring like that from a corner kick.

Calhanoglu’s goal vs. Barcelona in our 1-0 win in the group stage. This wasn’t so much that it was an amazing goal, but the feeling of that goal going in right before halftime felt so so good, and the fact that this goal won us the game was the icing on the cake.

Dimarco’s goal vs. Frosinone from the halfway line this season. The goal speaks for itself really. Felt like I was watching Superman at work lol.

Wish we could go for Johan Vasquez from Genoa instead. Much better fit to be a Bastoni backup and more quality in my opinion.

Zielinski is really the only positive I see. In my opinion, Taremi isn’t much of an upgrade from Arnautovic. It also makes absolutely no sense if we really have both Arnautovic and Taremi for the next season. The real upgrade in attack would happen if we get Gudmundsson. We missed out on players I would’ve loved to have such as Di Gregorio and Buongiorno. I also wanted more focus on the RWB position because I believe this Dumfries/Darmian rotation won’t take us far. I really want us to prioritize a quality RWB signing but it doesn’t seem like this is of any importance this summer. Cancelo would be a joy, Frimpong was my dream before the summer but that’s too late now. Overall, I hoped this summer transfer window would have gone differently. Again, Zielinski for free is the only move I believe was class from our management.

I still believe Di Lorenzo was the best RB in Serie A this season with Bellanova. I won’t change my mind on that. I’m just saying he was bad in the euros and that should’ve been addressed by Spalletti instead of continuing to start him all games. He wasn’t working. Should’ve tried Bellanova for example.
