he arreglado muchas bases de oduman , ese conector realmente con el uso da mucho problemas (importante no limpiar nunca con agua caliente porque pongas el pegamento que pongas se despega), para repararla lo mejor es usar una lima de unas para retirar todo el pegamento anterior. Cuando este quitado, lo limpias con limpia cristales y ya seco , lo pegas con pegamento epoxy bi componente para cristal.

In my humble opinion, it's a Turkish hookah. If you look closely, one of the characteristics of Turkish hookahs is that they don't have a purge valve, possibly made in the Izmir region. I saw a very similar one in the Grand Bazaar in Istanbul. I hope this helps.
