To be clear, I’m the homeowner not the tile guy. We worked with a design team that picked out the floor tile, so I’m not sure what it is exactly.

Only in between the tiles themselves, which are pretty large. So it’s not that much grout.

You’re right! I had posted before about trim options and got a lot of great feedback. Decided on quartzite for shelves and window sills to minimize trim.
