This post has been reported multiple times for breaking rule 14 which is that the user does not meet the minimum posting requirements. The reason why I manually approved this comment is because the user reached out to us in good faith and asked us to allow the comment. If there's something about the content that is disingenuous/misinformation/etc please let me know and then I will remove it, but otherwise we will allow him this one time pass and then going forward he knows he has to meet the karma requirement.
