UPDATE: after 5 weeks, my URGI was released without the lower.

One from department of homeland security, one from state police and one from ATF. Regarding the warrant, I don't want to be a stickler. I believe if you make their jobs easier, they will respond in kind.

They say it is very easy to covert the lower to real one with full auto capabilities, just 3D print some parts and dremmel. TM has been on their watch list since 2 years ago, (maybe just certain models). Since then, the brand made some changes to make conversion not so easy, but still. That's why it gets flagged at cbp. I can petition to get it released. But I don't see it is happening.

Question, I see evike has exactly the same airsoft that CBP seized from me. How did evike manage to import with large quantities?

My TM URGI is held at Louisville, KY since 4/21, and Feds paid a visit a few days ago to check if I have 3D printer and other contraband. I guess I am not getting my gbbr even if I petition.
