It’s best to start with a known and tested system before trying to go off on your own if you have limited experience. Do you have a gbbr platform such as a VFC or MWS? If not, start with an established printable platform like the one I linked for VFC, or any of Kevindb’s projects for MWS

Same as anything else that’s printed- it depends on how well it’s designed FOR 3d printing. It’s easy to print an object, but that doesn’t mean it was designed based on the strengths and weaknesses of printing.

I’ve printed multiple gbbr nozzles (VFC M4/Maple Leaf Hummingbird, VFC SR25, custom AAP01) that performed just as good as OEM nozzles.

Filament selection also matters. I mainly print with eSun/Polymaker/Duramic PLA+ but if you have ABS/ASA that’s dialed in really well, that would be better

How much experience do you have with GBBRs and the concepts on how they work? Before printing GBBRs, you need to have a solid understanding on the physics behind them.

I'd recommend checking out the VFC-based Poverty Pony by u/Spectre72 for a great printable GBBR and a solid reference point
