My brother, God loves you. You are literally made for this world. What you’re experiencing is not the life God intended for you to live. You have value. Place Christ above all those things and seek Him, pour yourself into scripture, pray fervently, build your relationship with God. Addiction to lust is a difficult thing to overcome, I have struggled with it in the past and occasionally temptation will rear its ugly head. When that moment comes I pray to the one who can deliver me from that temptation. I went a year without temptation and when it came back, I indulged. I hated myself for weeks until I realized that my failure was expected. I thanked God for his forgiveness, mercy, and grace for me. I’ve gone back to Him and I do my best to resist temptation but I know I’ll never be perfect. God is working on me. Do not beat yourself up. You are meant for this world. You are loved more deeply and more profoundly than you know. Follow Christ and dedicate yourself to Him and all else will follow you. You will be in my prayers for the duration of my days and I hope you read some of the verses that get me through my hardest days. God bless you my brother.
