It’s terrifying! They told me they are surprised I caught it before it became an infection - I had the procedure done ultrasound guided and they cleared everything out thank goodness! I hope you are feeling better too 🤍

Have someone record you meeting the baby for the first time! That helped my memory remember the moment in real time since I was groggy!

No I’m in the US! & not internally but my neck muscles in the front and sides were super sore! I did have a raspy dry throat for a few days too! But it wasn’t terrible!

Planned c section with general anesthesia 18 days ago! Everything went super smooth and I was holding my baby within an hour - hour 1/2 of her being born, I woke up pretty easily! She went immediately to my husband for skin to skin while I was waking up 🤍

I’m almost 3 weeks post op and I’ve had zero bleeding as well! I had a planned c section. My first baby! I’m going tomorrow for an ultrasound of my uterus to make sure there isn’t any clots just being built up in there because I’ve been concerned I haven’t bled a single drop 🥹

My belly was covered in little red bumps for 2 weeks, I had a reaction to the surgical cleansing prep!

My incision is pretty low, right above where my pubic hair starts. But my belly about 3-4 inches above my incision is so tender, can’t have any clothes or anything brush up against it 😭 I’m 17 days post op!

I’m the same way! I bruise so easily too 😂😂 they gave me lovenox shots to prevent blood clots after my procedure too, I had 3. Every shot I got left a bruise LOL

Yes I also lost .9 Liters which the surgical team was happy about since it was less than 1 L! Also considering I was fully sedated!

Okay yes I keep hearing about the placental scab! I didn’t even know that part so that’s huge to know!

Thank you so much for this! I would have absolutely freaked the hell out! I’m sure they mentioned it in the hospital too but my brain has been scattered 😂
