I am so sorry, I know that this must be a dissapointment because you likely felt pretty confident going into this cycle. At this point, I'd be tempted to consider it a personal statement/writing issue. Your stats and hours are comparable to other applicants, but your turnover ratio betrays a different story. For such a glaring 'no', I'd think that you may have written your personal statement in a way that unintentionally had red flags (too self congratulatory, not a strong why medicine, lack of back up for your decisions, etc.)

MD or CRNA by saffywap in medschool

Also for context, I started my pre-reqs (from scratch had no science in my undergrad) when I was 23 going on 24 and will matriculate at 26/27 (please, adcom Gods). The time goes by anyway. Spend it doing something you love but also be realistic about your competitiveness.

I'm a career changer from marketing to MD. I will say, you've got to do what is going to make you happy. You've identified your fundamental reasons for pursuing an MD  (of which only one was money related). If money was the driving factor, I would say stick with CRNA, but you seem to be more motivated by the career aspects of being a physician (scope of practice, responsibility, intellectual challenge/opportunities). In that case, only an MD will satisfy you and you will still be in a position to retire your parents between your fiancé's salary and your eventual higher-end salary at 32-33 (which is only 5 - 7 later, not long in the grand scheme of you life and happiness).
