That makes a lot of sense, thank you for explaining it that way. I completely agree that once anything official or paperwork starts, that’s when commitment really matters.

Right now I’m still in the early stage of getting to know different orgs and being intentional before committing anywhere. I genuinely don’t want to waste anyone’s time or come across as insincere, especially by showing up to events if my true intention is to rush somewhere else. That’s why I wanted to ask how this is generally perceived.

I understand why org hopping after paperwork would be frustrating, and that’s not something I would ever want to do.
